Please review the checklist below and submit all required documents to <a href=\"mailto:newsub@arningco.com\"><strong>newsub@arningco.com.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<h4>Documentation Requirements:<\/h4>\n<ul class=\"subcontractor\">\n<li>Subcontractor\/Vendor application<\/li>\n<li>W-9 IRS form<\/li>\n<li>Certificate of Liability Insurance, including proof of required coverage as specified in the Arning Construction Subcontractor Agreement<\/li>\n<li>Hold Harmless Agreement form (only required if your company is exempt from carrying workers\u2019 compensation insurance)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Invoice Requirements:<\/h4>\n<p>The Arning Construction team uses Procore for invoicing. An invitation to Procore will be sent to the appropriate person in your company responsible for billing. Additionally, payment may be delayed if any submitted documents have expired or are missing.<\/i><\/p>\n<h4>Subcontractor\/Vendor Application forms:<\/h4>\n<p>The below forms must be completed and submitted with your Subcontractor\/Vendor application.
