Post-Construction Services – The Arning Commitment Beyond the Build

Final Walkthrough and Inspections
As Arning nears substantial completion, we coordinate detailed inspections and walkthroughs with the client, architect, and key team members. This process ensures every aspect of the project has been completed to the agreed-upon specifications and performance standards.
- Punch list completion
- System testing (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
- Final inspections by AHJ
- Certificate of Substantial Completion issued
