Our Story

Founded in 1983 by Fred Arning with just a few employees building fuel canopies, we’ve grown into a national leader in modular manufacturing and commercial construction. Over four decades later, we’ve expanded to more than 230,000 sq. ft. of production space across Missouri and Arkansas. In 2021, with new leadership and a strong vision for the future, we launched our Construction Management Division—integrating our capabilities and creating new career pathways in a growing organization that remains locally owned and community focused.
