Arning Companies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our growing team. With a national reputation for excellence in the petroleum and CNG canopy industry, we provide innovative solutions to major brands across the country — and we’re just getting started.
What you will do:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex projects from concept to completion, ensuring our clients receive the exceptional service and craftsmanship Arning is known for. You’ll work closely with customers, contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery, adherence to budgets, and top-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from customer contact through final installation.
- Oversee design, scheduling, permitting, and construction coordination.
- Maintain strong client relationships and represent Arning’s values and professionalism on every job.
- Ensure all work meets internal quality standards, safety regulations, and local codes.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to keep projects on track.
- Provide expert support for project forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Assist with disaster recovery efforts when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in construction or metal fabrication.
- Strong construction knowledge and ability to read and interpret technical plans/specs.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client-facing projects.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
